Patient with Medtronic heart devices equipped with Bluetooth® wireless telemetry can now take advantage of the MyCareLink Heart™ mobile app for remote monitoring. By downloading this app at no cost, patients can conveniently send heart device information to their clinic from anywhere they go. It is important to note that the availability of cellular and Wi-Fi is required for this feature. To begin using the app, patients should contact their doctor to verify their enrollment in the Medtronic CareLink™ network.

Please be aware that the MyCareLink Heart™ mobile app has specific requirements in terms of phone or tablet specifications and operating system (OS) version. Failure to meet these requirements will prevent data transfer between your heart device and the Medtronic CareLink™ network.

It is important to keep in mind that the requirements for phone or tablet specifications and OS version may change over time. Therefore, it might be necessary to update or replace your device in order to continue using the app for data transfer with the Medtronic CareLink™ network.

If you require additional monitoring options, we recommend consulting with your heart doctor.
